The Rasenshuriken Earring has a hinged hoop earring (20 GA) and is made from high-grade Stainless Steel.  Rasenshuriken was created by Naruto after he mastered the Wind Release: Rasengan. The charm stand at 18mm tall, 2mm thick & 18mm wide and contains blue glow in the dark enamel.
